Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation for the customer’s own reason, the following cancellation fees will apply. Cancellations received after business hours will be processed the following day. In case of emergency, please call us.

3 days before: Free of charge
2 days before: 20% of the tour fee
1 day before: 50% of the tour fee
On the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee
